What happens to most nudists in the winter in Canada? I've noticed that not only they don't head to the beach (too cold of course), but they cut themselves off from all other nudists as well.
I've been trying to start conversation with fellow nudists in Winnipeg, and I've only heard from 1 (Thanks Mona). would you classify most of these folks as seasonal nudists? I wonder.
Please don't take me wrong, I welcome the conversations with them during beach season, and I don't want to jeopardise that at all. Since I can't get to the beach, and enjoy my lifestyle, and I don't talk to any other them in the winter. If feels very lonely during these cold months.
Have a great day

Hi Jack,
ReplyDeleteYou want to talk to local nudists over the winter? Will I do? I'm a life-long nudist living in Winnipeg who got by for years sneaking off to secluded spots outside the city. In 2006 I finally tracked down Crocus Grove Sun Club and joined. Ownership of the land changed in 2007 and before the season started in 2010 we were told to dress up or take off! We chose the latter. We now have a new home and the group is now Naturist Legacy Inc. Instead of being tenants on land owned by others, members now own it free and clear...no mortgage, no loans, nada. Our pool opened last summer and we have H & C running water, indoor and outdoor showers and flush toilets!
That's a bit about me Jack. I'll await your reply. As an extrovert, I'm ALWAYS up to meeting new people. Take care.

Gord,
ReplyDeleteThanks for your reply. Yes I have heard about the wonderful things that are happening at Naturist Legacy.
Let me ask you a question? How does the management think about single men. As you have probably read on an old post, my wife isn't a nudist.
Thanks
Jack
